Service
AccessAudit AI provides software for accessibility scanning, issue prioritization, remediation guidance, monitoring, and draft documentation. The service is a technical workflow tool. It is not a law firm, certification body, insurer, or guarantee of ADA, EAA, WCAG, or procurement compliance.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for the websites you submit, the accuracy of information you provide, review of generated suggestions, implementation decisions, legal review, publication of accessibility statements, VPAT distribution, and final compliance conclusions.
No legal advice or certification
Reports, VPAT drafts, accessibility statements, risk scores, and remediation suggestions are informational outputs. They may help organize work, but they do not create legal advice, attorney-client privilege, certification, warranty, or a guarantee that a website will avoid claims, complaints, or enforcement.
Plans, billing, and payment
Published plans describe scan limits, monitoring cadence, document features, and support level. Checkout is provided through NOWPayments. Crypto and payment-network transactions may be irreversible. Unless required by law or agreed in a written order, fees are non-refundable after service access or report generation begins. We may review duplicate payments, technical access failures, or billing errors if contacted at support@aigeamy.com.
Acceptable use
You may only scan sites you own, operate, or are authorized to assess. You may not use the service for abuse, intrusion, scraping at harmful volume, reverse engineering, credential theft, unlawful surveillance, or attempts to disrupt third-party systems.
Availability and changes
We may change features, limits, infrastructure, pricing, or these terms as the service evolves. We aim to keep the service reliable, but downtime, third-party outages, payment interruptions, and scan limitations may occur.
Generated output
AI-generated remediation suggestions may contain mistakes, incomplete context, or code that requires adaptation. You should test every change before deployment and involve qualified accessibility, legal, or engineering reviewers when appropriate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccessAudit AI and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, business-interruption, legal-claim, or compliance-decision damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your submitted websites, unauthorized scans, misuse of the service, published statements, customer-facing compliance claims, or violation of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, both sides agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other side and allowing a reasonable response period. Claims must be brought individually and not as a class or representative action where that waiver is enforceable.
