AccessAudit AI provides website accessibility audit, remediation, monitoring, and documentation workflow software. This policy explains how we collect and use information when you visit the site, start checkout, contact support, or use the service.

Information we collect

We may collect contact information you provide, support messages, account and workspace details, scan targets, scan results, remediation notes, document drafts, device and browser metadata, usage events, approximate location derived from network data, and payment status metadata from NOWPayments. We do not need your website passwords for public scans, and we do not ask you to send payment credentials to support.

Payment processing

Payments are handled through NOWPayments. We may receive transaction status, order identifiers, selected plan, currency, and amount. We do not store private keys, seed phrases, full payment credentials, or wallet secrets.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, run scans, create reports and document drafts, process checkout, prevent abuse, improve reliability, measure conversion and product usage, answer support requests, enforce terms, and meet legal obligations.

AI and third-party processing

Accessibility findings and page context may be processed by infrastructure, analytics, payment, hosting, and AI service providers that help operate the service. We limit shared data to what is reasonably needed for the requested workflow.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, comply with law, or support legitimate business records. Customers may request deletion of eligible data by contacting support@aigeamy.com.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for controlling what sites and content you submit for scanning.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of eligible personal information. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, billing, or fraud-prevention reasons.
